BBS is always looking for highly qualified, enthusiastic and innovative professionals. The selection of staff and teaching staff involves several steps, aimed at ascertaining previous experience, skills, attitudes, aspirations and adherence of the profile to the school's values.
BBS teachers are required to have previous experience in an academic or teaching environment. Other related experience related to the teaching dimension, also outside the classroom context (e.g. through sports, play programmes, summer camps, youth clubs, mentoring) are positively evaluated in the selection process.
